How to book

There’s no checkout button, and that’s deliberate

Every booking starts with a conversation, so we can check your level, your dates and your room before anyone pays anything.

1. Message us on WhatsApp or by email with the date and room you’d like Not sure which date or which room? Tell us that instead and we’ll help you work it out.
2. We’ll reply with everything you need Availability, the full itinerary, what to budget on top, and an invoice if you want to go ahead.
3. A $500 deposit secures your place Your room and your spot in the group are held from that moment.
4. 50% of the total is due 90 days before departure
5. The balance is due 60 days before departure After that, all you need to book are your flights.

Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover cancellation. Please arrange it as soon as you book.
